This Fruit of Life crystal grid board is machined from a single piece of sapele (hardwood).
Thirteen leather inlays are set into the wood, one for each circle of the Fruit of Life. Each one is a place to rest a stone as you lay out your grid on the altar.
Inspiration
I noticed many of my followers share an interest in crystals. After talking with the community, I made this range of designs.

How it's made
It starts with a planed plank of sapele (hardwood), which I cut down into blocks. These blocks are then machined to their exact dimensions, and the recesses are cut out. All of the sharp edges are rounded with a chamfer to make the piece more pleasant to hold.
I then cut the Badalassi Carlo Italian Leather to size, and glue it into the central cut-out. I place cork pads on the bottom to stop it from sliding around on smooth surfaces. The entire piece of wood is treated in Danish Oil.

- Due to the dyeing process, the colour may vary slightly depending on the area of the leather.
- As full-grain leather undergoes minimal processing, natural wrinkles may remain visible and their patterns can vary from piece to piece.
- With natural leather, some blemishes are to be expected, though I always do my best to keep these to a minimum.
