Processing & Production Times
Made-to-order items take approximately 7-10 working days to produce. The production process involves multiple stages, including tooling, dyeing, and antiquing, which require 2-3 days of drying time before assembly and packaging.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are collected and shipped via Royal Mail. Royal Mail will hand the parcel over to a courier of their choice if they do not operate in your region. I always use a Tracking service, so you can follow your parcel.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Domestic: 1-3 business days
- Europe: Currently not available
- USA & Canada: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal disruptions, or high-demand periods.
International Shipping & Customs
- For customers outside the UK: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- For US customers: Orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service, meaning all duties and taxes are collected at checkout — no extra charges on delivery.

Order Cut-Off Times & Expedited Shipping
- If you require an urgent order, please contact me before purchasing to check availability. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.
- Expedited shipping options are not available as standard, but if you require faster delivery, please contact me before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 7 business days before contacting.
- If your package is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, I will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Non-Collection
If a package is returned to me because it was not collected from a postal facility or was refused by the recipient, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
